Welcome to my Practice
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I use different techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), relationship therapy for individuals & couples, along with hypnotherapy to help hundreds of clients. I deeply understand the intricacies of various psychological issues that people face each day and work extremely hard in helping those individuals overcome their difficulties.
My work revolves around being open, honest and building the most supportive therapeutic relationships. I help clients resolve their emotional issues from the past and the present, to help them set new positive goals for their future.
